At Creekview Decoys, we strive to create the highest quality decoys that anyone can use in the field. Hunters often look to use the best products they can find to enhance their success. In order for us to provide the highest quality fully flocked decoys we can. We need help from hunters who know the ins and outs of the waterfowl game.

Our Pro-Staff program will have a mutual benefit to the hunter and the company. Our committed pro-staff will be involved with design, testing, and feedback for our decoys and gear. This Pro-Staff is not for those just looking for free decoys. We are looking for a hunting partnership with hunters who are invested in improving their success and ours. If selected, up to 12 Decoys will be processed at a discount each year. All apparel acquired through this pro-staff will be at cost.

2. Represent our company positively

We are looking for people who hunt with integrity. Hunters should be active in promoting the sport of hunting, not just our decoys. Hunters should portray the sport and our company in a way that is respectful to other hunters, other companies, and non-hunters alike. We take the sport of waterfowl hunting seriously and expect you do too.

3. Help us reach other hunters

One of our goals is to grow as a company, and we want you to grow as a hunter. We expect hunters to provide original media including photos, videos, and text promotion. Our promise is to promote you in ways that you need to succeed as a hunter. We are looking for hunters that are influential to new-hunters, youth, and are involved in conservation efforts.
